This double jeweled Vacumatic Major was made in Q1 of 1941 and is the same size as a 3rd Generation Vacumatic Major or 2nd Generation Junior. The Jeweler’s band is a well known, uncatalogued, factory original feature found on pens only sold through jewelery stores. The caps feature an extra broad band with concentric rings and a cartouche for engraving. These pens are not as common as typical Vac style cap bands and the Azure color is a favorite amongst collectors. I have fully restored this pen so you can be sure it will work like the day it came from the factory and the fine/medium nib lays down a smooth line. Up for sale today is a lovely Q4 1946 Silver Pearl Parker Vacumatic Major with silver trim with the original stickers still on the cap! It has amazing clarity and when I dipped the nib water no ink was washed away which makes me think this pen has never been inked. The diaphragm is still pliable and to my knowledge has not been replaced. The nib has a date stamp of “6″ to match the rest of the pen. This pen is in great condition. For sale is an incredible vintage Mont Blanc 242G. It has a nib that you just dream about – a 14k gold, broad oblique with a good amount of flex that’s as smooth as butter. Just check out the writing sample:

The 242G is a piston filler and this one still works very well. It operates smoothly and provides a full fill every time. The blind cap has a few small dings and the piston turning knob is a little chewed up. The clip does have some tarnishing but the rest of the pen is in good cosmetic condition. For sale is a vintage Aurora 88P with a very smooth 14k gold F nib. There is no flex to the nib and the flow is wet and consistent. The 88P was the third generation of the 88 and was manufactured from 1958 to 1964. This pen was probably made around 1963 based on its’ serial number of 3284319 and that the 88P sold 3.8 million units. The Aurora 88P is the same length as a Parker 51 and a hair larger in diameter. It utilizes a similar hooded nib design with a slip cap but takes it up a notch by making it a piston filler. To quote a good friend of mine:
