For sale is an incredible vintage Mont Blanc 242G. It has a nib that you just dream about – a 14k gold, broad oblique with a good amount of flex that’s as smooth as butter. Just check out the writing sample:
The 242G is a piston filler and this one still works very well. It operates smoothly and provides a full fill every time. The blind cap has a few small dings and the piston turning knob is a little chewed up. The clip does have some tarnishing but the rest of the pen is in good cosmetic condition. The pen is light and easy to handle which helps when controlling all the flex this nib has to offer. $195 SOLD
