The Sheaffer Snorkel Statesman was made between 1952 and 1955. This Pastel Gray model has a fine nib that is as smooth as anything I’ve ever written with. The flow is consistent and would probably be considered more dry than it is wet. This means you won’t go through ink as quickly and it will dry quicker, reducing smears and smudges. The pen is excellent condition. There is no brassing or tarnishing to the cap band or clip and the body and cap have been polished to a nice shine.
