This Parker “51″ Aerometric filler was made in Canada, as can be seen by the imprint on the back of the cap. It is a dark burgundy color, much darker than the US burgundy. The barrel and hood have a wonderful shine due to a nice polishing. The cap is in excellent condition with lots of the original frosting left and only slight surface scratches. The jewel is a beautiful silver and the clip has no corrosion or brassing anywhere. The nib is an incredibly smooth XF. I never though XF nibs could be this smooth. There is no tooth or scratchiness whatsoever! You will not be disappointed with this nib. Don’t hesitate to add this fine example of a “51″ to your collection. $115 SOLD

I think this was my one, right, Dan? It's a very nice 51 and won't disappoint. Great nib, as Dan says. I just recently traded pens with Dan and got two 51s, one black vac and one green aero, that I'm very pleased with.
